The 3M Mentorship Program
We're Raising Up the Next Generation of Men.
A school-year long program designed to support young men in grades 9–12 to grow in faith, step into leadership, and build real-life skills they'll carry into adulthood.
The program runs from September through the end of the academic year and concludes with a graduation ceremony. Participants also gain access to unique experiences, such as a summer outing to the Steve Harvey Camp and more.

What the program includes:
Thoughtful mentor–mentee matching
Monthly one-on-one mentoring (minimum 6 hours per month)
Monthly group sessions and interactive workshops
Scripture-based discussions and guided reflections
Life skills training including goal setting, financial literacy, and time management
Community service projects
Reflection journals and quarterly progress reviews
